How will you make an impact in this role?

This newly created position will play a critical role in owning and managing GNS wide Business Operations activities particularly relating to Governance, remediation and reporting.

This role is part of a newly built high profile, fast paced and business critical team which will be focused on ensuring a strong risk management environment within GNS.

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, GNS Business Operations and will work with GNS teams across geographies leading a range of high impact initiatives and ongoing risk management and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in coordinating the preparation for GNS Deal Council and GNS Risks Management Forum
  • Lead the reporting and monitoring of open OREs across GNS
  • Identify common ORE root causes; launch and lead initiatives to address identified root causes
  • Own and active manage GNS partner inventory ensuring accurate and up to date information with strong data governance
  • Support the build and roll-out of a CRM tool for GNS migrating key processes across the prospect and partner lifecycle into this new tool
  • Project manage GNS efforts in relevant IAG audits and FRB engagements as needed
  • Help drive awareness, consistency and standardization across GNS teams on the above-mentioned processes

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management experience with ability to influence and drive change
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Proven ability to understand complex end to end processes
  • Output oriented mindset and working well under pressure to execute at pace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to senior management & creating compelling messaging to drive change
  • Strong relationship management skills across stakeholders of all levels
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to a dynamic and changing environment. Ability to re-focus according to business wide strategic priorities
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, control management or internal audit

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
