As part of Global Services (GS), the Global Consumer Servicing & Fulfilment (GCSF) organization is a team of 10,000+ dedicated colleagues and partners who put our customers at the center of everything they do. GCSF consists of Customer Care Professionals, leaders and support teams who work to deliver extraordinary service every day to American Express consumer Card Members around the world. The teams are in more than 20 countries and span frontline operations, servicing strategy and partner management. Global Partner & Operational Support (GPOS) is a global team consisting of more than 3,000 colleagues and partners (who manage strategic 3rd party servicing (risk) relationships and deliver customer value & efficiency across both servicing and business marketing teams) – all centered around Customer First priorities. The Global Business Integration (GBI) team is responsible for delivering business & regulatory driven changes across the Customer Engagement Network (CEN). We partner with stakeholders across Global Services Group (GS), Control Management, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Capabilities to ensure readiness for product, regulatory, and servicing changes.
How will you make an impact in this role?
As an Analyst, you will play a hands-on role in driving execution of GBI initiatives. You will support project delivery, ensure front-line readiness, and contribute to process optimization across market(s). This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for customer experience, and a desire to learn or enhance project/change management in a global environment.
- Support & lead implementation of change initiatives across market and or region, ensuring minimal servicing disruption.
- Conduct analysis, prepare project documentation, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness
- Coordinate and communicate when Key incidents or events occur impacting Global Services CEN
- Provide subject matter expertise on products, policies, procedures, and servicing capabilities.
- Assist with risk and issue tracking and contribute to mitigation planning.
- Prepare materials to support governance approvals and stakeholder updates.
- Contribute to capacity planning, defect elimination, and process improvements.
- Build effective working relationships with business partners and internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Global Service operations and/or change management principles.
- Membership Rewards servicing expertise preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, project experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinker, able to interpret data and identify insights.
- Communication and Relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Curious, proactive, eager to grow and to develop project management expertise.
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
