Logistics Process Engineer

Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.

Training Local teams and clients, Generating client related analysis and data, implementing national logistics initiatives and managing national safety program.

Developing and implementing new logistics initiatives with local branches • Becoming the superuser and training local teams and clients on SmartHub Connect • Developing and managing safety measures within each branch including training, best practices and SOP’s • Developing templates for client facing documents (i.e. quarterly business reviews, SOPs, etc.) • Onboarding and offboarding logistics customers across the US operations • Implementing internal and external KPI’s and metrics for all aspects of the logistics business • Implementing logistics controls and guidelines for the internal team with direction for corporate logistics management team • Supporting the development of dashboards for logistics teams to measure productivity and other metrics • Completing logistics billing and accounting for logistics operation • Supporting month-end close process for all logistics operations • Conducting various data analysis for labor planning, pricing, project work • Generating, compiling, and uploading daily labor reports to Power BI Dashboard for logistics management team review • Performing additional duties as assigne

5+ years of experience in a logistics, reporting, analysis, and customer service • Strong knowledge and understanding of technology College Degree or Equivalent
