Specialist/Consultant Orthodontist

SearchPlus HR is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Specialist/Consultant Orthodontist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities in patients of all ages.

Your expertise in orthodontic care will involve developing individualized treatment plans using advanced techniques and orthodontic appliances. You will ensure that each patient receives exceptional care while guiding them towards achieving their best smile.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed orthodontic evaluations and diagnosis, including clinical examinations and imaging
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans for patients with dental misalignments
• Apply and adjust braces, aligners, and other orthodontic devices to align teeth and jaws
• Monitor and track progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments
• Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding treatment options, care, and oral hygiene
• Collaborate with dental teams, including assistants and specialists, to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
• Stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in orthodontics
• Uphold safety and ethical standards within the practice

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthodontics
• Proficiency in orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and application of appliances
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and manual dexterity skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development in orthodontics
• Compassionate approach towards patient care and ability to nurture trust

Benefits

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
