As an Emergency Medicine physician with SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing immediate, high-quality medical care to patients in critical situations. This role requires you to assess a wide range of urgent medical conditions and deliver rapid treatment in a fast-paced environment.

In collaboration with a skilled healthcare team, you will stabilize patients, facilitate necessary interventions, and ensure the smooth operation of emergency care services while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and triage patients presenting with urgent medical conditions
• Administer appropriate emergency interventions and treatments
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of acute medical issues and trauma cases
• Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests and imaging results
• Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate their transfer to specialized care when necessary
• Document patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans accurately
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Engage in continuing education and professional development in emergency medicine

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification in Emergency Medicine
• Experience in emergency medicine or a related clinical setting is essential
• Strong understanding of emergency care protocols and medical best practices
• Ability to make rapid, informed decisions in high-stress situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in critical thinking
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
