»       Manage the P&L for KSA operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

»       Develop and implement the country’s growth strategy in alignment with overall company objectives.

»       Monitor market dynamics, competition, and regulatory environment to adapt strategies proactively.

»       Build a strong sales pipeline of new clients across banking, financial institutions, and corporate sectors.

»       Negotiate and close contracts that contribute to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

»       Represent the company in KSA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

»       Lead and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.

»       Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts in the Kingdom.

»       Partner with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to maximize value.

»       Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Finance, HR) to ensure successful project delivery in KSA.

»       Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and industry standards.

»       Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to local staff and partners.



Requirements

»       Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a major plus).

»       Minimum 10 years of total professional experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.

»       Minimum of 5 years of experience in KSA in a similar position or as Sales/Account Manager with proven results.

»       Strong track record of managing P&L and delivering commercial results.

»       Proven success in building pipelines and closing contracts.

»       Deep understanding of the Saudi financial services market and regulatory framework.

»       Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

»       Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

»       Strategic leadership with commercial acumen.

»       Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.

»       Excellent negotiation and contract management.

»       Results-driven with focus on execution.

»       Cultural awareness and adaptability within KSA business practices.

»       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic proficiency is a must.
