WHO we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Content Operator (Apps Store) to join our team.                       

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage merchandising campaigns using internal proprietary tools, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and modify assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and app store policies.
  • Write compelling editorial content and copies tailored to end users, highlighting app features, updates, and promotions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content projects. Meet deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest actionable solutions to optimize productivity.
Required Experience and Education:
  • 2-3 years of experience w/degree (5+ without degree) in content operations or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Visual Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Hands on experience in using productivity tools like Airtable and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
  • Mobile App / Gaming Industry Experience is preferred.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Fast learner with a resourceful mindset, capable of adapting to new tools and processes quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly communicating ideas.
  • Capable of identifying inefficiencies in current processes.
  • Korean speaker is a plus but not required.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
