This is a remote position.

Schedule: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: US Eastern/Central (client operates sales in US market) 

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and text to reach 50 potential clients per day
  • Research and identify target businesses using Google and Yelp within assigned zip codes and verticals
  • Create custom logos for prospects using the company's proprietary software tools
  • Build demo websites using pre-built templates to showcase potential solutions
  • Present comprehensive digital solutions including websites, payment processing, and customer management systems
  • Manage and track all prospect interactions in the company's custom CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects on a structured timeline (typically one week intervals)
  • Negotiate launch costs with prospects (ranging from $0 to $1,500)
  • Focus on businesses without existing digital infrastructure (low-hanging fruit)
  • Target specific industry verticals such as pool companies, gardening services, and bookkeeping firms

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with end-to-end sales capabilities with at least 5 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills with neutral accent and clear English
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn proprietary software tools quickly
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills for CRM management and follow-up processes
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation structure
  • Experience with B2B sales preferred
  • Commission structure: 50% of all launch costs collected (potential for $750+ per deal)

  • Performance measured primarily on conversion rates and sales results
  • Opportunity for expansion and additional team members based on success
