This is a remote position.
Part-time (20-25 hours a week)Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM MST
Responsibilities:
- Create flyers using existing Canva account and templates
- Write engaging descriptions for social media posts (mostly templated, more on graphics)
- Post content across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Upload documents and files to Google Docs
- Manage MLS listings including adding photos and property details
- Handle basic file management and organization tasks
- Potentially create short video reels for social media platforms
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and posting procedures
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and MLS systems preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and file management
- Ability to follow established templates and procedures
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and posting
- Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week minimum
- Potential to expand to full-time (40 hours) with additional administrative responsibilities
- Work involves both creative social media tasks and administrative support
- Primarily template-based work with some room for value-added contributions
- Direct collaboration with business owner on content and administrative needs
