This is a remote position.

Part-time (20-25 hours a week)
Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM MST

Responsibilities:
  • Create flyers using existing Canva account and templates
  • Write engaging descriptions for social media posts (mostly templated, more on graphics)
  • Post content across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Upload documents and files to Google Docs
  • Manage MLS listings including adding photos and property details
  • Handle basic file management and organization tasks
  • Potentially create short video reels for social media platforms
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) strongly preferred but not mandatory
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and posting procedures
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and MLS systems preferred
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and file management
  • Ability to follow established templates and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and posting
Scope:
  • Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week minimum
  • Potential to expand to full-time (40 hours) with additional administrative responsibilities
  • Work involves both creative social media tasks and administrative support
  • Primarily template-based work with some room for value-added contributions
  • Direct collaboration with business owner on content and administrative needs
