Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, beauty, and technology as a Virtual Sales Assistant specializing in lead conversion for premium aesthetic treatments. You’ll be the crucial link between cutting-edge AI marketing systems and high-value client appointments, directly impacting the growth of an established medical spa. Your role will involve converting qualified prospects into scheduled appointments for treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP therapy, and IV wellness services. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms while building relationships with clients seeking premium aesthetic and wellness services, where your sales expertise will directly contribute to both client satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Convert high-quality Facebook leads generated through AI marketing systems into confirmed appointments
  • Sell premium aesthetic treatments and wellness services with confidence, including Botox, fillers, microneedling, PRP, and IV therapy
  • Seamlessly integrate and coordinate multiple AI platforms and technology systems for optimal lead management
  • Process payments efficiently and schedule appointments through integrated booking systems
  • Conduct strategic follow-up communications with leads to maximize conversion rates and ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Manage and nurture the complete lead pipeline from initial contact through successful appointment booking
  • Maintain detailed communication records and conversion metrics to optimize performance

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills with clear, professional articulation
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly with high-value services or luxury products
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience integrating multiple platforms and digital systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, and modern technology platforms
  • Outstanding phone communication and relationship-building skills for effective lead conversion
  • Experience with payment processing systems and appointment scheduling platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining accountability
  • Comfortable working EST business hours to align with New York-based clientele
  • Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty industries is a plus but not required
