Job Description

This is a dynamic sales development role focused on lead generation and initial client outreach for custom product solutions. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to exciting customization opportunities that help their brands stand out in competitive markets. This position combines research, strategic outreach, and relationship building as you identify and qualify leads across diverse industries. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling outreach materials and play a crucial role in expanding the company’s custom business segment through multi-channel prospecting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential business leads for custom product opportunities across various industries
  • Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and website contact forms
  • Qualify prospects and assess their interest in custom product solutions for corporate gifts, events, or resale
  • Schedule appointments and seamlessly hand off qualified leads to the internal sales team for closing
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to create compelling mockups and visual materials for prospect outreach
  • Maintain organized lead tracking systems and follow-up processes to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Focus on relationship building and initial qualification rather than deal closing


Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email outreach and social media engagement
  • Active familiarity with business-focused social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Strong research abilities to identify and qualify potential business prospects
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking methodologies
  • Professional demeanor and communication style for representing the company to prospects
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while meeting lead generation targets
