This is a remote position.
Part-Time (20 hours a week)Mon-Fri, 1-5pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales for online academy courses and digital downloads
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to build connections with nonprofit executives and decision-makers
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system
- Develop and optimize the sales funnel to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
- Generate new leads through research, prospecting, and outbound initiatives
- Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to build relationships and generate interest
- Handle objections and questions from potential clients professionally and confidently
- Set appointments and qualify leads for closing calls with management
- Respond to inquiries and convert interested prospects during idle time
- Conduct follow-up communications with past clients to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Sales background with proven experience in outreach and lead generation
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach strategies
- Ability to develop and manage sales funnels that drive lead generation and conversions
- Confidence in phone conversations and virtual meetings when prospects opt-in
- Skilled in objection handling, relationship building, and consultative selling
- Understanding of multi-touch sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience working with CRM systems for lead tracking and management
