This is a remote position.

Part-Time (20 hours a week)
Mon-Fri, 1-5pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales for online academy courses and digital downloads
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to build connections with nonprofit executives and decision-makers
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system
  • Develop and optimize the sales funnel to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
  • Generate new leads through research, prospecting, and outbound initiatives
  • Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to build relationships and generate interest
  • Handle objections and questions from potential clients professionally and confidently
  • Set appointments and qualify leads for closing calls with management
  • Respond to inquiries and convert interested prospects during idle time
  • Conduct follow-up communications with past clients to identify new opportunities

Requirements:
  • Sales background with proven experience in outreach and lead generation
  • Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach strategies
  • Ability to develop and manage sales funnels that drive lead generation and conversions
  • Confidence in phone conversations and virtual meetings when prospects opt-in
  • Skilled in objection handling, relationship building, and consultative selling
  • Understanding of multi-touch sales processes and pipeline management
  • Experience working with CRM systems for lead tracking and management
