Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM UK Time
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours
Responsibilities

Partnerships & Influencers

  • Build, manage, and update influencer and partnership outreach lists.
  • Engage with potential influencers and partners to support collaborations.

Social Media Administration

  • Oversee daily sweeps of 2 social media accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly content briefs.
  • Conduct daily engagement (commenting, liking, following) across 5 accounts.
  • Create and manage bi-weekly content schedules for 5 accounts.

General Support

  • Liaise with clients, designers, and editors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, file organisation, and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in social media strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and interpret performance data.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Understanding of brand voice and community management.
