Job Highlights

Hours: 40/week

  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 11 AM–8 PM U.S. time

Location: 100% remote

Contract: Independent Contractor

  • Equipment: Must have your own computer and internet. You manage taxes and benefits.

What You'll Do
  • Sell BruntWork's outsourcing services and hit revenue targets.
  • Build client relationships by solving problems and delivering results.
  • Run your pipeline in HubSpot and Zoho like a pro.
  • Respond fast. Keep deals moving. Close consistently.
  • Juggle multiple opportunities without dropping the ball.
  • Bonus: Use recruitment knowledge to match clients with talent.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years closing deals in B2B, B2C, or enterprise sales.
  • Near-native English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Sharp problem-solving and people skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, results-driven team.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) preferred.
  • Recruiting or staffing background is a major plus.
