Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, chat, or calls 
• Understand client needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure satisfaction 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers 
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience processes 

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) 
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills 
• Proactive, empathetic, and customer-first mindset 
• Availability to work during US working hours 
• Must be based in Lahore
