Power Platform Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Power Platform Engineer to become part of our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources.
• Implement business logic using Power Fx and automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing apps, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
• Document solutions, configurations, and development processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices, proactively applying new features and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing applications with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, user interface design, and business process automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL-based data sources.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and its integration with Power Apps.
• Solid grasp of Power Fx and formula-based logic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Have

• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
• Experience with Power Pages or Power Virtual Agents.
• Understanding of ALM practices and DevOps for Power Platform.
• Experience in agile development environments.
