As an Operations Senior Specialist I- Mortgage Business Support, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. You will be part of a unique operation where your analytical skill and attention to detail will be key as you support the business through data and process analysis. Your desire to learn and be engaged in business analysis will help drive your success.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining system codes related to business processes and reporting.
- Analyze data and processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the preparation and review of letters and communications sent to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for reporting systems and processes, helping to validate changes and enhancements.
- Manage a pipeline of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop within the business analysis field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to asking questions and seeking clarification
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively within a team environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and common functions
