Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support its growing business across the APAC region. This role will play a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and seamless coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales operational excellence, facilitating cross-border communication, and supporting commercial execution. While some order management responsibilities will remain, the primary emphasis will be on regional sales operations and process enablement. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Logistics to gather inputs and timelines for new product launches across APAC markets.
  • Maintain accurate sales and operations documentation, coordinating between Fanatics Collectibles’ Hong Kong entity and global business units.
  • Support the Sales Director in liaising with third-party providers to ensure accurate sales orders, invoicing, and compliance across multiple markets.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all administrative and operational tasks related to sales execution, serving internal teams and regional partners.
  • Ensure consistency in data entry, reporting, and system usage across internal business platforms, with a focus on improving data integrity and visibility.
  • Provide sales reporting, forecasting support, and ad-hoc analysis to aid strategic and commercial decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage sales-related timelines, ensuring deliverables are met across diverse APAC markets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive enhancements in workflows related to sales operations and regional coordination.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, regional coordination, or commercial support within a multinational or APAC-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with business management and ERP software systems is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and at least one major APAC market language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across countries, time zones, and departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
