This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, overseeing online platforms, and managing content to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence. The position also requires optimizing website performance, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with various teams while staying current with industry trends.
E-Commerce Strategy And Execution:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies by defining the company's online sales goals, in line with Nameplates strategies
- Oversee the company's e-commerce platform(s), including marketplaces, online storefronts, and mobile apps.
- Set targets for online sales and co-work with Brand Manager in implementing strategies to achieve the targets.
- Manage Ford Vietnam Website including performance tracking & optimization
- Optimize website performance, running targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage all owned digital marketing channels including website, social channels, CRM including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email/sms marketing.
- Manage, allocate resources effectively, track digital marketing performance.
- Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
Content Creation And Management:
- Manage content calendars: Plan and schedule content across multiple channels to ensure a consistent and impactful brand message.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
- Present data, insights, and recommendations to management, keeping them informed about the progress of e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
Stay Up-To-Date With Industry Trends:
- Keep update to date on the latest developments of e-commerce, digital marketing.
- Evaluate and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve and maximize the impact of e-commerce and digital marketing efforts.
Tasks to do by Central/Regional team:
- Website technical support by Central Team
- eCommerce technical support by Central Team
- Monthly review on Social Performance by IMG Central Team, evaluation and recommendation
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is typically required. A master's degree can be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales or a related field within a fast-paced, dynamic industry (e.g., consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics), preferably in the automotive sector.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and eCommerce platform.
- Understanding of Vietnamese consumer's buying behavior in automotive industry
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills for conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to various audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all aspects of work
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant sales and marketing software.
Industry & Market Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge on automobile industry, market segmentation
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition and Vietnamese government's policies in auto industry
