At Hill, we’re building more than homes—we’re shaping thriving communities and delivering real impact. As a Site Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality developments worth £10m+, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

• What you’ll do:
• Take ownership of on-site activity, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
• Champion quality assurance through SnagR and ISO systems
• Lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and support trainees and assistants
• Maintain exceptional site presentation and foster a culture of excellence
• Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and client teams
• What we’re looking for:
• HND or Degree in Construction or related field
• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety training (e.g. TWC, Scaffold Inspection)
• Track record of managing multi-phase or mixed-use developments
• Strong leadership, communication and forward-planning skills
• Financially savvy with experience in budget control and reporting
