In This Role, You Will:

Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert in the end-to-end implementation and support of the ESKO WebCenter platform. This includes the design, configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of workflows and system functionalities, leveraging technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and ESKO-specific scripting tools (e.g., SmartNames, workflow variables, JavaScript-based actions)

  • Managing and resolving platform-related incidents. 
  • Performing system administration and maintenance tasks. 
  • Supporting end-user training and documentation efforts. 
  • Coordinating and executing system enhancements and change requests in alignment with business priorities
  • Act as the first point of contact for WebCenter-related issues reported via Kimberly-Clark’s Help Desk system (ServiceNow). 
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation to the Remote WebCenter Managed Service team when applicable. 
  • Ensure configurations and user permissions are up to date and aligned with business needs. 
  • Provide end-users with clear, accurate documentation and training materials. 
  • Empower users to perform their roles effectively within the WebCenter environment. 
  • Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to prioritize and deliver system enhancements and process improvements. Maintain a prioritized backlog of system change/enhancement requests 
  • Support the execution of discovery workshops, design sessions, configuration, testing, documentation, UAT, and post-go-live activities based on Kimberly-Clark’s standards. 
  • Provides knowledge sharing to other team members. 
  • Adheres to internal configuration management procedures which include documenting design specifications and Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables such as test case execution and software change control.  
  • Document solutions, maintain knowledge bases, and create/modify system integration templates and training materials.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 5–7+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Information Technology roles with direct engagement with business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting ESKO WebCenter solutions is essential.
  • Held prior accountabilities that required customer engagement and interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to absorb and apply technical information.
  • Displays good inter-personal skills, demonstrating the ability to relate to customers of varying levels of technical expertise. Has project and/or change management experience on technology-based projects.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Broad range of business and IT experiences.
  • Proven experience with ESKO WebCenter system administration, workflow design, and integration with packaging or regulatory systems.
  • Strong technical skills including JavaScript for scripting and interface customization within WebCenter, HTML/CSS for UI and template adjustments, XML/XSLT for data formatting and integration, SQL for data queries and reporting, and familiarity with WebCenter APIs and integration methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders to align software development with business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, and written with the ability to converse effectively at all levels within the business organization.
  • Detail oriented and focused on high quality results.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (FDA cGMP, ISO Standards) is a plus.
