Work You’Ll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

  • Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce implementations to meet business requirements.
  • Development Oversight: Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integration of Salesforce with external systems and data migration efforts.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Governance and Standards: Enforce documentation, coding standards, and platform governance.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Resolve complex technical issues and continuously improve platform performance.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience in Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL).
  • Proven leadership in designing and delivering successful enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce Certified Architect credentials.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes in CRM delivery.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing tools.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience is a plus.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,000 to $179,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
