We are looking for a Mid-level Student Coordinator Assistant to support our Academic Coordination team. This role is essential to ensuring students have the best possible learning experience by guiding them through their journey, providing direct support, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

This person will be specifically responsible for students in two of our four courses, playing a key role in ensuring their success and overall academic outcomes.

Your Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with empathy and clarity in student interactions.
  • Experience in customer support or sales, ideally in an EdTech, startup, or educational context.
  • General understanding of the IT industry and market.
  • Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Practical knowledge of digital tools such as LMS platforms, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Fast learner, with curiosity about how technologies work.
Bonus points: 
  • Previous experience in academic coordination or team management.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or EdTechs.
  • Data analysis skills to track and interpret engagement metrics.

Your Tasks Will Be:

  • Provide direct support to students via WhatsApp and our learning platform, handling requests of varying complexity and topics.
  • Conduct live onboarding sessions with new students, presenting key tools and guiding them through the academic journey.
  • Handle cancellation requests with a strong focus on student retention.
  • Monitor student satisfaction and engagement metrics, proposing actions to improve the learning experience.
  • Support the coordination team in managing academic processes and tracking student progress.
  • Analyze student feedback to recommend product improvements and new features.
  • Assist in setting up processes within the course and team.
  • Contribute to improvement projects by sharing ideas, feedback, and suggestions to make support more effective.
  • Work with Slack, CRM systems, and task managers, Google Workspace.
  • Deliver lectures on people/project management and soft skills
