Payroll Specialist – Global Payroll Center of Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing payroll inputs and validating employee data.
• Support payroll processing and post-payroll activities.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Help with compliance checks and reporting tasks
• Ensure the completeness and approval status of timesheets prior to each pay period.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration.
• 0–2 years of payroll or administrative experience.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a global payroll environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
