Marketing Administrator

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position is a Marketing Administrator role for the PCEC, providing administrative and creative support to the marketing team. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of marketing activities, maintaining an active social media presence, supporting events, and assisting with general marketing administration.

They will be responsible in assisting with the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns, digital content, event collateral, and client communications.

16–20 hours per week across 4–5 days (with flexibility for additional hours during busy periods and occasional evening work for events).

This casual role is ideal for a final-year marketing student wanting hands-on experience, or someone looking to return to the workforce with flexible hours.

• Take ownership of our social media calendar and content
• Create graphics, menus, and collateral using Canva
• Keep our “What’s On” listings and EDMs up to date
• Provide admin support for events and marketing campaigns
• Assist with reports, research, and general team projects
• Social media savvy with a flair for content creation

• Canva Skills (Preferred)

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Positive, flexible, and willing to get stuck in
• Studying or completed a marketing/communications degree (desirable)
