As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader: Mechanical, Body and Pneumatics Category who will lead our TLS team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Fleet Engineering Managers to ensure correct resource allocation for engineering change processes.
• Oversee complex engineering applications such as systems engineering, manufacturing liaison, configuration control, systems assurance, materials compliance, and engineering change.
• Participate in strategic planning and make independent decisions on engineering policies and procedures.
• Provide technical advice to management and operating departments.
• Make responsible, independent decisions and recommendations on projects, including those with significant impact or budget.
• Review and evaluate technical work, and manage staff selection, training, performance, and discipline.
• Support procurement, planning, production, testing & commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Develop integration plans for rolling stock and ensure assurance of new systems and operating methods.
