About The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about connecting with people, solving problems, and customer focused.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing sales of Printers/Photocopiers, and related office solutions. This role involves engaging with existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and close deals.
Other Duties Include:
- Proactively reach out to current customers through calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable photocopiers, printers, and managed print solutions
- Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM software
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Understand competitor offerings to position products effectively
- Work with the field sales team to pass on qualified leads that require onsite consultations
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and has exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will also display:
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)
- A confident, outgoing nature with excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable using business applications (Microsoft Office)
