About the Role
This position sits within the Brazil Agency team and focuses on connecting TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love. The Agency Partnerships Manager (APM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with advertising agencies, and helping agencies drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as an APM requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with Client Solutions Managers (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying agency needs;
- Lead account planning process that aligns agency and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities;
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals utilizing internal and external data;
- Grow revenue, educate, and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships;
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues;
- Spearhead client education on products and give product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies;
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other TikTok teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction;
- Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience;
- Drive new business opportunities by leveraging deep expertise in performance media (paid search, social, programmatic, and display campaigns) to optimize sales outcomes;
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and execute data-driven growth strategies, ensuring measurable ROI through advanced performance marketing tactics.
