The Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP) – Organizational Development will drive the design, execution, and evaluation of organizational development initiatives to support the dynamic needs of the BPO industry. This role ensures the organization remains agile, scalable, and capable of developing leaders who can manage large-scale operations while maintaining high employee engagement and client satisfaction. The SAVP will be a strategic HR leader, focusing on talent development, change management, leadership readiness, and organizational culture across multiple sites and functions.

Strategic Organizational Development

  • Define and execute OD strategies that support business growth, client demands, and workforce scalability.
  • Partner with operations and functional leaders to align workforce planning with client expansion, transitions, and ramp-ups.
  • Lead organizational assessments to ensure structures and capabilities meet evolving business requirements.

Change Management

  • Lead organizational change initiatives related to new client onboarding, technology adoption, automation, and restructuring.
  • Equip leaders with change management toolkits to ensure smooth transitions during high-volume ramp-ups, site expansions, and client transitions.
  • Build organizational resilience by embedding agility and adaptability into culture and processes.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Develop and implement leadership development programs tailored for BPO operations, people managers, and future site leaders.
  • Build a robust succession planning framework to ensure readiness for critical roles across accounts, functions, and geographies.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to provide future-ready skills training, including digital, analytics, and client engagement capabilities.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce attrition, a critical priority in the BPO sector.
  • Oversee engagement surveys and translate findings into action plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Drive programs that strengthen organizational culture, employee well-being, and inclusion across diverse teams.

Performance & Capability Management

  • Support HR and Operations in refining performance management frameworks to ensure clear KPIs and alignment with client SLAs.
  • Implement workforce capability-building programs that enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Track effectiveness of OD interventions and report ROI to leadership.

Stakeholder & People Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, operations heads, and global HR partners.
  • Lead and develop a team of OD professionals across sites to deliver consistent, high-impact programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development to integrate OD into the broader HR strategy.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep expertise in organizational development, talent management, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • High adaptability to fast-changing client and business requirements.
  • Strong analytical ability to link OD initiatives with key business outcomes (attrition, client satisfaction, productivity).
  • Executive presence and ability to engage with C-level and global stakeholders.
