An Onboarding and Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the process of integrating new employees into an organization while ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies. They manage the onboarding process, which includes orientation and documentation, while ensuring compliance with industry standards, labor laws, and safety regulations. This role often involves coordinating with HR, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize risks related to non-compliance.

'- Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates for critical roles. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract top-tier candidates across the organization. - Partner with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines for current and future openings. - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates. - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. - Utilize data-driven insights to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop professionally. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, incorporating them into the team’s strategies and processes. '- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience - Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on Leadership role in the BPO setting. - Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employer branding. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
