Social Media and Content Manager

We are currently looking for an ambitious and professional Social Media and Content Manager to join Invest Lithuania’s marketing team. 

We Invite You To:

• Lead Invest Lithuania’s earned social media strategy and implementation. 
• Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling multimedia content, representing Lithuania. 
• Plan and execute organic social media campaigns that contribute to awareness KPIs. 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics, with actionable recommendations for improvement. 
• Stay ahead of social media innovations, tools, and trends to continuously advance our approach. 

We Expect You To Have:

• At least 2 years of proven experience managing and growing multiple social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.). 
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva. Skills in video editing or photography are a strong plus. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.   
• Ability to collect and interpret social media performance data (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, UTM tracking, etc.) and apply insights to improve results. 
• Confidence in shaping content calendars and proposing new formats or campaign ideas.

• Gross salary from 2200 – 2700 EUR EUR/month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level
