If you’re passionate about crafting scalable experiences, thrive in complex problem spaces, and bring a systems mindset to design, we want to hear from you.
The Microsoft AI Design & Research team is a creative community of designers and researchers focused on delivering end-to-end experiences across AI-powered products. From Copilot to Bing to Edge, we design thoughtful, coherent, and inclusive experiences that reach billions of users worldwide.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings clarity to complexity and enjoys working at the intersection of craft, systems, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and partner teams to shape frameworks and experiences that scale. The ideal candidate combines rigor and flexibility, balancing details with big-picture thinking and contributing to design direction through both leadership and doing.
You’re someone who’s energized by connecting dots, aligning cross-team work, and guiding others through ambiguity. If you default to building, prototyping, documenting, and refining as a way to move ideas forward—we’d love to meet you.
This role is based in Vancouver BC and is a hybrid role with 4x in office weekly.
