As a Product Management Intern in the Enterprise M365 Copilot team, you’ll collaborate with experienced PMs to shape the future of AI-powered productivity for enterprise customers. You’ll work on high-impact features, partner with engineering and design, and deliver innovative solutions that empower millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customers’ unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of features via quantitative and qualitative analyses. 
  • Define and refine product requirements for enterprise-grade scenarios in Microsoft 365 Copilot. 
  • Drive and track key results, success criteria, and performance metrics; partner with engineering to ensure telemetry is developed. 
  • Determine features and experiences to prioritise in the roadmap, supporting achievement of objectives and key results (OKRs). 
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to iterate feature concepts and facilitate reviews for usability and accessibility. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom to be eligible for this role
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product scenarios. 
  • Experience with data analysis tools or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, plus excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. 
  • Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
