Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and data quality strategies. Drive the creation of data models, remediation workflows, migration plans, and stewardship processes to establish enterprise-wide, trusted master data.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Technical Delivery

• Configure, optimize, and manage Informatica MDM Hub components (Hub Console/Store/Server, Cleanse/Match Server, adapters).
• Develop and maintain Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) transformations, including Address Doctor.
• Focus on performance tuning, scalable mappings, and building robust data cleansing pipelines.

Integration & Collaboration

• Design and implement data integration workflows across downstream systems.
• Expose data quality rules as web services and integrate third-party REST APIs.
• Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reusable MDM assets and accelerators.

Modeling & Governance

• Develop detailed design documents, logical and physical data models, and metadata repositories.
• Build and manage reference and lookup tables, scoring frameworks, profiling, and rule specifications.
• Contribute to governance processes by ensuring data standardization and quality.

Delivery & Automation

• Own deployment automation, scheduling of mappings/tasks, and continuous performance improvements (tuning lookups, joins, etc.).
• Build scalable UI components, including E360 applications using the Business Entity framework.
• Design dashboards to support stewardship and data governance initiatives.
