Position Summary:

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and serve our guests explaining the facilities available, exceeding their expectations  
• Actively clean and maintain all gym equipment and changeroom areas 
• Coordinate products and equipment ready for guests to use 
• Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively, creating memorable experiences 
• Complete standard reception duties whilst upholding a professional standard
