Position Summary
- Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing and hiring
- Preparation of onboarding, orientation for new joiners.
- Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolving conflicts
- Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture
- Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
- Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
- Checking of Casual Labour timesheets
- Ensures that all overtime are paid accurately and is in accordance to the Ministry of Manpower guidelines
- Conduct quarterly house checks for foreign workers
- Organize and plan monthly engagement activities. This includes videography and photography for all events organized.
- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records in HRIS and personal files
- Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
- Answer phone calls and record messages.
- Maintain and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Understanding the Singapore Labour Law and Employment Act
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisors
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Human Resources / Business
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
