Position Summary
The Whatever Whenever agent is responsible for delivering exceptional communication services between the guests and property and within all departments. Includes professionally handling incoming calls, providing accurate information, and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments. The Whatever Whenever serves as the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive first impression over the phone and via emails. Strong communication skills, a courteous demeanor, managing inquiries effectively contribute to maintaining the properties commitment to outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated guest requests or complaints with confidence and empathy.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs in real-time.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in call handling, message delivery, and task execution.
- Create "Wow" moments for our Connectors (guests) by anticipating needs and offering tailored solutions—whatever, whenever.
What We’Re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a warm and confident tone.
- Proficiency in English; Czech is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
