About The Role:

13Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts across strategic global accounts, positioning hosted EDM and DMaaS solutions as part of comprehensive enterprise offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and refine go-to-market strategies and materials.
- Develop strategic external partnerships to enhance solution value and accelerate revenue growth.
- Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales and implementation teams.
- Monitor competitive trends, market shifts, and emerging client needs.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events; travel as needed to support sales engagements.
- Contribute to strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and cross-team alignment.
- Ensure ongoing awareness of corporate policies and business priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in complex project and program management, with a proven ability to drive high-value enterprise engagements.
- Strong understanding of hosted EDM solutions, workflow transformation, and managed services within financial markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals at the C-suite level.
- Experience negotiating large-scale contracts with procurement and legal teams.
- Commercial acumen and experience with long-term revenue planning and forecasting.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally to deliver complex, multi-faceted solutions.
- Familiarity with financial services operations, particularly in post-trade environments.
- Comfortable developing responses to RFPs and guiding proposal strategy.

- Experience in co-selling or supporting complex, non-tangible solutions in competitive markets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value clients simultaneously.
- Deadline-driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Agile and adaptable, with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Skilled in building both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Experience aligning with marketing teams to support brand positioning and lead generation.
