Are you curious about sales and want to gain hands-on experience in a growing tech company that’s changing how small businesses manage logistics?

We’re looking for a motivated Part-time Inbound Sales Support to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you’ll work tightly with our Marketing team and our German Sales team to identify and qualify high-value leads. Your goal will be to spot promising business opportunities, understand customer needs, and book meetings for our Sales Reps with the most valuable prospects.

What You’Ll Do

  • Work in our CRM (HubSpot) to qualify inbound leads based on turnover and industry.
  • Call prospects to understand their shipping needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings for our German Sales Reps with qualified leads.
  • Share insights from your conversations with Marketing and Sales to improve campaigns and targeting.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to help build a strong sales pipeline for Sendify’s growth.

  • Are structured and detail-oriented when working with data and systems (HubSpot
  • experience is a plus).
  • Take initiative and are motivated by clear goals.
  • Are a team player who enjoys working closely with others and contributing to shared success.
  • Are hungry to learn and eager to develop your skills.
  • Study in Gothenburg and are looking for an exciting part-time job to gain first-hand experience in sales and tech.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1).
  • Able to work 1 full day or 2 half days per week with us in the office in Gothenburg.
Requirements

It'S A Bonus If You:

  • Speak Swedish.
  • Have previous experience in sales, customer support, logistics, or SaaS.
