Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Empower Young Lives Through Purposeful Play and Personalized Care
Join our dynamic Pediatric Rehabilitation Services team as an Occupational Therapist, where you'll make a lasting impact on children from birth to 18 years old. In this outpatient role, you'll deliver and oversee individualized therapy services designed to help each child reach their fullest potential—physically, emotionally, and developmentally.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and crafting tailored treatment plans
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to maximize functional outcomes
- Reassessing progress and guiding discharge planning
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and partnering closely with families and caregivers

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience
