Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in executive cloud GTM, AI and cloud sales executive research, or 360 executive recruitment.
- 4 years of experience in executive level AI, Go-To-Market and cloud sales recruiting across EMEA markets, including the United Kingdom.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an executive search agency or executive in-house recruiting team.
- Experience in cloud recruiting domain and executive level search or executive talent acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience maximizing a team as well as individual performance, with the ability to be a collaborative team player.
- Knowledge of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to identify and engage talent, and to innovate and optimize hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Interest in technology.

As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Cloud Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive our innovative technologies and services. You will own the talent market for Google Cloud, utilizing various tools, resources, and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the talent in this space, to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships, and to ultimately match them with the leadership opportunities to which they are aligned.

- Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across Google Cloud Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
- Partner with executive leaders on high-profile executive hires, advising on search strategy and applicant profile.
- Build relationships with passive applicants now to nurture their interest and engagement over the longer term.
- Identify and engage applicants by sourcing talent through both internal and external networks.
- Conduct comprehensive landscape analysis to inform talent strategies and identify market advantages, in particular advancements in cloud AI.
