  • Experience selling, or managing a team selling, Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software across multiple industries and hundreds of accounts, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with, and managing, cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Engineers, Partner Sales) and external partners to co-sell and win together at scale.
  • Experience managing and leading a team.
  • Experience cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives.

This team is responsible for supporting cloud opportunities across State, Local and Education customers in the Eastern US. In this role, you will manage a distributed team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) across the US Southeast. You will be responsible for creating and executing the regional Go-to-Market (GTM) approach in collaboration with Sales and Engineering. You will align business and political needs to drive sales programs, focusing on outcome-based solutions across GCP, Workspace, Cyber Security, and other cloud technologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Field Sales Representatives distributed across the Southeast.
  • Create GTM approach across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina or South Carolina and  Tennessee (FL, GA, NC, SC and TN) in partnership with Sales and Engineering. 
  • Align business and political needs across the region to drive sales programs to include GCP, Workspace, Cyber Security and other complimentary cloud solutions. 
  • Engage with Political Advocates/Consultants across the business to support sales alignment.
  • Align with shared service resources across SLED to ensure collaborative efforts across tactical pursuits.
