Senior Product Designer - UX/UI

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, contributing to the design of a complex B2B SaaS application serving global specialty insurance industry (primarily focussed on the Lloyd's and London Market). You’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences for our platform, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Engineers, and other Designers to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.

• Lead end-to-end product design for core features of our insurance SaaS platform
• Translate complex workflows into elegant, user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements
• Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Advocate for user-centred design across the product lifecycle
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture within the team

Requirements

• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS applications, ideally in complex domains
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and UI design

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with London Market insurance workflows and terminology
• Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced designers
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
