Some Of Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop And Implement Strategic Rostering Frameworks Aligned With Home Care Goals

• Champion Rights-Based Rostering Practices Under The New Aged Care Act

• Optimise Workforce Utilisation Through Data Analysis And System Enhancements

• Ensure Rostering Supports Client Preferences, Regulatory Compliance, And Operational Efficiency

• Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives And Deliver Stakeholder Training On Rostering Systems And Governance

• Provide Leadership, Coaching, And Support To The Scheduling Team

• Contribute To Recruitment, Onboarding, And Performance Management Processes

A Bit About You:

• Proven Experience In Rostering System Implementation And Optimisation (In Aged Care Or Health Services Is An Advantage)

• Strong Understanding Of Aged Care Standards, Compliance, And Reform

• Demonstrated Leadership In Team Performance, Coaching, And Change Management

• Demonstrated Experience In Process Optimisation

• Advanced Proficiency In Rostering Systems And Data Analysis

• Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, And Decision-Making Skills

• Knowledge Of Ebas, Penalty Rates, And Scheduling In Human Services Environments

• Experience In Workforce Planning And Aged Care Reform Desirable
