Job Summary:

The Talent & Influencer Marketing Manager, within the Global Marketing & Communications Team, is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive influencer and talent strategy, including paid partnerships, ambassador programs, product seeding, and athlete collaborations. This role will work cross-functionally with PR, Social Media, Content Marketing, E-commerce, Retail and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign execution across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the influencer and talent marketing strategy across all tiers with a focus on athletes and lifestyle influencers aligned with the brand.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for ambassador programs, including world class sports athletes, and long-term partnerships to build credibility and community.
  • Plan and manage seasonal influencer campaigns, including product launches, brand moments, and co-branded initiatives, in alignment with marketing calendar and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure all influencer and talent partnerships reflect J.LINDEBERG’S commitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.

Partnership Management

  • Source and negotiate contracts with athletes, influencers, and talent agencies for both paid and unpaid opportunities.
  • Oversee influencer seeding programs - from list development to outreach, fulfilment, and follow-up.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with talent, serving as their primary point of contact (with some exceptions in local markets).

Campaign Execution

  • Lead the briefing, execution, and reporting of influencer and athlete campaigns - ensuring deliverables align with brand messaging and KPIs.
  • Track content delivery, review performance metrics, and analyse ROI on paid and organic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines and can be repurposed across channels.
  • Manage order processing and shipment of goods, including coordination with delivery services, monitoring shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content, CRM, Retail and E-commerce teams to integrate influencer efforts into holistic marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Design and Product Development team regarding special productions for Athletes.
  • Support experiential and PR activations involving talent, including events and product launches.
  • Work with Product and Operations teams to manage inventory for seeding and gifting.
  • Work closely with teams at local markets for execution and roll-out of strategy.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Manage talent and influencer budget, track spend and ensure cost-effective investment across channels.
  • Create monthly and campaign-based reports summarizing performance, reach, engagement, and sales attribution.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of talent and influencer marketing.
  • Monitor compliance with global advertising and disclosure regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in international influencer marketing, talent relations and brand partnerships, ideally in the sports, fashion or lifestyle industries.
  • Deep understanding of the social and influencer landscape, including current platforms, creator trends, and best practices.
  • Proven success in building and scaling influencer programs with measurable impact.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing contracts and talent relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, including end-to-end responsibility and ensuring goods are ordered, packed and delivered to talents and influencers.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and social listening tools.
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Lefty, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, GRIN, In/Golf, Traackr) and tracking tools (e.g., UTMs, affiliate links, Shopify/GA).
  • Passion for sports (golf interest is a plus), culture, and community-driven marketing.
