Financial Analyst, Full Time, First Shift

UC Health is hiring a Full Time Financial Analyst

The analyst will facilitate general accounting, analytical duties, and facilitate strategic discussions in the finance area, provide support to financial administration in the forms of reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis, and forecasting based on different financial metrics.

• Monthly closing:
•     Analyze processes, material variances, downstream impacts of particulars accounts at operational level.
•     Draw correlations between service lines as well as seasonal factors. 
• Data handling, report generation, and review:
•     Cultivation of drillable and reviewable reports for manager(s).
•     Aid dashboard creation and furnishment to the larger operational team. 
• Analytical Duties, budgeting, and financial analyses:
•     Develop and refine budgeting methods and models  
• Customer Service:
•     Assist operational groups in understanding workstreams and reporting impacts. 
•     Facilitate metric reporting through the various tools including but not exclusive to Oracle, Tableau, & Smartview 
• Special Projects:
•     Building knowledge base within Stratajazz software and offering expertise to new team users.
•     Any additional projects and ad hoc analysis as necessary. 

Other duties as assigned

• Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience.
