About The Role:
As a business partner, the Legal & Compliance division aims to contribute towards the effective and controlled operation of the organization. Specialized expert teams such as Internal Audit, Internal Control & Compliance, Risk & Security, and Corporate Legal are part of the Legal & Compliance division.
The mission of the Group Internal Control & Compliance department is to assist management with the coordinated and consistent definition, implementation and maintenance of an internal control system throughout the SD Worx Group, and to monitor compliance of SD Worx Group and its partners & suppliers towards applicable internal and external policies, processes, standards and laws & regulations. Group Internal Control & Compliance strives to increase the maturity of internal controls within SD Worx Group and to safeguard and further improve SD Worx Group’s quality of service delivery and reputation as a trusted service partner.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Manage the third party due diligence life cyle – onboarding, screening and continuous monitoring with precision and consistency, ensuring all steps are completed thoroughly and on time.
- Take full ownership of the execution of the Third Party Assurance (TPA) process — from initiating assessments and coordinating stakeholders to analyzing results and delivering clear, actionable reports, supporting external audits where applicable.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support effective execution of TPA activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of the third-party compliance framework by proactively identifying opportunities, implementing enhancements, and sharing best practices.
What do you have to offer?
We are looking for execution-focused, pragmatic and result oriented people with a strong learning mindset, who are willing to develop their career, with the support and help of SD Worx. In addition, you have :
- At least 3 years of relevant experience within a supplier management, internal control, audit, compliance or risk management function;
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, IT or equivalent;
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities;
- A pragmatic (internal) customer/business focus;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues within the organisation;
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and in presenting;
- Proficiency in English and French;
- And you are a team player
It will also be a plus if you have :
- Experience with working in an international environment, preferably in the services industry;
- Awareness of key standards, frameworks and concepts in the areas of Service Organisations Control (SOC reporting), information security (ISO27001), data privacy (GDPR), and IT service management and control (CobiT / ITIL);
- Previous experience with GRC Tools.
