IT Support Associate (Full Time On-Site)

Currently, we are seeking an IT Support Associate to join our Team! This position will work with COMSO’s Managed Services Provider, CISPOINT.

This is a FULL TIME ON-SITE POSITION located in Columbia, MD.

Must Have:

· U.S. Citizenship

• Ability and willingness to work completely on-site
• Proficient typing skills
• Ability to pass an agility test
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
• Excellent writing, documentation and speaking skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365
• Solid knowledge of printing and scanning in a networked environment
• Solid knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Windows Server, Azure AD
• Solid knowledge of Email Systems – Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
• Ability to rapidly learn and retain new information
• Ability to provide first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems
• Provide both customer telephone support as well as electronically submitted requests
• Documents and manages trouble tickets via on-line ticketing system
• Efficiently escalates incidents to higher level Tiers when required

Comptia Security+

Education And Experience:

• 2-3 years in the Information Technology field
• Desired: BS Degree with a focus in Information Technology or related field
• Desired: Microsoft certifications – MCSA/MCSE
• Desired: Experience supporting proprietary software

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
