Research & Innovation - Basic Research (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate on research projects in the field of biotechnology and biochemistry within the areas of Gluten Free and Medical Nutrition
• Conduct research activities in our laboratories to support innovation and technology transfer
• Collaborate with external partners involved in therapy and clinical nutrition for neurological, metabolic, and other relevant diseases (including universities, hospital and research centers)
• Contribute to the evaluation and management of clinical and pre-clinical studies in the field of Medical Nutrition and Gluten Free

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in a company within the food or nutraceutical sector, preferably in the field of foods for special medical purposes
• Strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, goal orientation, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of German is considered a plus
