Aqua Fitness Instructor | Catalina Area

Description

SaddleBrooke TWO is looking for a dynamic individual to teach aqua aerobics at our resort like community. Must be certified in fitness/aqua instruction and CPR/AED. Experience with 55 and over participants is desirable but not required.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Lead group exercise classes in aerobics or aquatics, depending on the needs of residents.  
• Provide orientation on equipment use, and basic fitness fundamentals. Promote safe techniques and form.
• Work with Fitness & Wellness Director to determine special fitness programs

Requirements

• Group Fitness Certification from Accredited Association.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of senior fitness programs is desired.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with seniors and their needs/questions/concerns relating to fitness.
• Appropriately planned classes for participants.
